Conditions We Treat
Our services include, but are not limited to:
Specialized Services We Offer
Aquatic Therapy
We are proud to offer aquatic therapy in our multi-level therapy pool equipped with two endless pool jets. Aquatic therapy is an excellent option for patients recovering from chronic pain or post-operative care, as the buoyancy of water reduces the impact on joints while allowing for effective rehabilitation.
Performance Running (Running Analysis)
For runners, we provide detailed video analysis to help improve running efficiency and prevent overuse injuries. Based on this analysis, we recommend customized exercises and stretches to enhance your performance and reduce the risk of injury.
Dry Needling
Our dry needling service is designed to improve circulation, decrease pain, and enhance tissue mobility, helping you achieve your therapy goals faster. Before beginning dry needling, you’ll need to complete this release form to ensure your safety and comfort.
Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT)
Blood Flow Restriction Training allows you to perform low-intensity exercises with personalized blood flow restriction, which mimics the effects of high-intensity training. This technique is especially beneficial for building muscle strength without stressing the joints, making it ideal for those with arthritis, weakness, or those recovering post-operatively. BFRT is particularly effective for knees, ankles, hips, elbows, wrists, and shoulders. Before starting BFRT, please complete this necessary release form.
